In the design of safety capacitors, we may also have certain defects, and sometimes may cause serious accidents. To fully know its properties, you must rely on continuous understanding in use. Because these data illustrate the specific use rules in the design , These data must be confirmed to be specific before use. These technical parameters, transmission characteristics and parameters must be read in detail before correct use.

      1. Error mode

Generally speaking, the damaged part of the insulating layer of the metal film capacitor will automatically recover during use. When there is a self-recovery, high impulse voltage will be increased during use, and the dielectric will cause partial destruction of the insulating layer. However, it does not It is not self-healing in all cases. Especially, like AC power supplies, during self-repairing, a large amount of internal current may flow out, the dielectric may be trapped, and the insulating layer may not repair itself in a low-impedance circuit.

      2. Capacitor for AC power supply

It is also very necessary to comprehensively check its safety and reliability.

Furthermore, lightning strikes are also possible. When lightning strikes are infrequent, it is also necessary to check safety.

When capacitors are used as AC power circuits, it is also very important to identify "special use". It is generally recommended to adopt international general safety standards as the user's selection criteria.

      3. Rules of Use

      3.1. In the circuit

Please check its use environment and safety environment before use, be sure to be within the range of the capacitor output related data, the use temperature range must be within the rated range, including the use and storage conditions. When the power supply, especially the high-frequency power supply, is in use It will generate heat by itself.Furthermore, when the heating part is close to the limit, be very careful about overheating caused by radiant heat.

Remember: when the medium absorbs water and the humidity is greater than 85% or continues to be in highly humid conditions (for example: dew), the medium itself will deteriorate.

The circuit used by the capacitor, such as AC, DC and high-frequency circuits, has a voltage within the rated range. Please be sure to check that accidental self-heating has no effect on the capacitor itself (the change of self-generated heat is mainly based on the voltage waveform or coil temperature. (Refer to the following 5 instructions).

If a power supply system is poorly connected and unstable, the resonance of the spark electron discharge may generate a high voltage, please check and pay attention to this.

For special use environment, there is a detailed description below, please refer to it.

      A) Circuits with huge surge voltages repeatedly appear, and huge electronic charging and discharging appear repeatedly.

B)The use environment has continuous vibration and vibration.

      C) There is water, salt water and oil in the use environment.

      D) Used in plastic compounds, such as chlorine, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and gaseous environments containing iron molecules.

      E) The use environment is exposed to the air, with ultraviolet or radiation radiation, etc.

      3.2 Equipment configuration

While configuring, avoid damage from machines or tools (including solder), and do not apply pressure from the outside. (Even though the surface does not appear to change to the naked eye, the inside may have been destroyed).

When the lead is elongated or twisted, please do not install it (including screw angle, heat welding, etc.).

Loosening may occur during this process.

The temperature applied during soldering should not exceed the specified temperature. Some parts may undergo thermal degradation, especially under the influence of preheating.

When you fill the center part of the printed circuit board with solder, the solder must be sufficient. If it is not sufficient, there will be vibration or humidity changes during use, the soldered part may deteriorate and it may become difficult to connect.

When the product has been attached to the printed circuit board and will be soldered immediately, please do not perform cleaning or reuse. When cleaning, the loosening of the lead caused by heat will be very dangerous.

When the capacitor is warming up, please do not apply external pressure.

Pay attention to the following matters when cleaning:

      A) Although it excludes the use of cleaning materials, it may soften or swell at 60°C or above. Please perform packaging after inspection.

      B) In the ultrasonic or water cleaning (depending on the specific conditions), the display may disappear, so perform it after checking various conditions.

      C) During the cleaning process, the display surface has friction or mechanical pressure is applied, the display may disappear, please terminate the cleaning

      D) After cleaning or before the cleaning agent dries, if the display surface has friction or mechanical power is applied quickly, the display may disappear, please terminate this process.

      E) Please check carefully before using acetone, xylene or anger halide solvent.

When fixing this part with adhesive, please use it after making sure that it will not cause distortion to the capacitor after the adhesive has dried.

When you use a solvent type adhesive, please check to make sure that the dissolution will not cause damage to the capacitor surface (decomposition, swelling).

After fixing the capacitor to the printed circuit board or terminal board, please do not apply strong force to the main part of the capacitor.

If a strong force is applied, this force may cause loosening of the leads and the surface of the capacitor may be damaged.

3.3 Under the use of appliances or equipment:

If the end of the capacitor is touched, a vibration of an electron will occur in the flow of current. Moreover, if the charge is stored in the capacitor or even after the power switch is turned off, a vibration of an electron will occur. When the end of the capacitor is touched, You must apply the resistance of the electron discharge to the capacitor terminal or completely discharge it before touching it.

When the current is flowing, please do not place an electronic conductor between the two terminals of the capacitor to avoid the occurrence of a short circuit. If the capacitor is charged or discharged instantaneously, the performance of the capacitor itself will also decrease.

Please abide by the 3.1 terms of use

If you are struck by lightning within a radius of 500 meters, please quickly turn off the switch or unplug the plug from the socket.

      3.4 Preliminary inspection

Preliminary inspections can be performed after turning off the power switch or after completely discharging. If the capacitor is used while the capacitor is charged, it may cause electronic vibration.

If the outer layer of the capacitor is destroyed by flame, please change a capacitor and contact us.

      3.5 Emergency

When the capacitor smokes, spontaneously ignites, or emits an unpleasant smell or abnormal sound during use, please quickly turn off the equipment switch and unplug the power socket.

Place the power supply in a well-ventilated place, away from flammable objects. Please take some necessary measures to exhaust smoke and extinguish fire.

3.6 Storage conditions (before use) If the capacitor is placed in direct sunlight, a large temperature difference, corrosive gas, high temperature or humidity, the performance of the capacitor may decrease

If the capacitor is stored for more than one year, please check its performance and soldering carefully before using it.

Please don't vibrate and bump strongly (even if the exterior is intact, the interior may be damaged).
